this tea has a delightful minty flavor that is especially enjoyable after a large dinner or the perfect ending to a long day. Caffeine-free.
1 oz bag makes approx. 16 8oz cups of tea. Includes a stainless-steel tea infuser.
Ingredients: Peppermint Leaves*, Chamomile Flowers*, Skullcap*, Mugwort*, Damiana leaves*, Rosemary leaves*, and Rose Petals*.
Directions: Fill 1 tablespoon of tea into infuser and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of hot, boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached, sweeten as desired.
