1 oz bag makes approx. 16 8oz cups of tea. Includes a stainless-steel tea infuser.
Ingredients: Organic* Chamomile Flowers, Spearmint*, Lavender Flowers*, Cinnamon Bark*, Passionflower*, and Rose Petals*.
Directions: Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in your infuser and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of hot, boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached, sweeten as desired.
