Citrine
Today let's chat about Citrine. Citrine is the yellow form of Quartz, it does occur naturally but it is quite rare. Most Citrine on the market today is heat-treated amethyst (man speeding up the creation process). It has been very popular with the Romans, who set it into jewelry and created intaglios (carved gemstone cabochon). In the 17th century, Scottish dagger makers loved to set Citrine into the handles of daggers. Citrine made a comeback as a favorite in the Art Deco period.
Citrine's metaphysical properties include: restoring a sense of individuality, improving decision making, learning, and teaching, helps attract abundance and wealth, boosts mental stimulation, helps get rid of emotional toxins, stimulates the Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakra, its zodiac association is Aries, Gemini, Libra, and Leo. Citrine's planetary association is the Sun and its elemental representation is fire.
