Aromatherapy for Stress

Aromatherapy for Stress

Below I will give you a quick "How to" on creating a custom blend of essential oils to add for your diffuser to help you de-stress after a long hard day.
Top notes: Myrtle (soft, fresh scent for relaxation) and Orange (warm sweet scent for happiness)
Middle notes: Chamomile (most calming scent), Geranium (rosy/citrusy scent, uplifting), Lavender (calming scent), Palmarosa (lemon and woody scent, emotional comfort), and Rose (loving scent, supports the heart)
Base notes: Myrrh (spicy resin, release tension), Patchouli (rich, warm and sweet, relaxation), and Vetiver (deep and woody, "oil of tranquility".
Now select one of each, a top, middle, and base note then add one part top note, two parts middle note, and one part base notes to either a diffuser or roller bottle. Most diffusers recommend 15+ drops per 1 ounce of water, if your filling a roller bottle I would recommend 10 drops in a 10ml size bottle topped with fractionated coconut oil. Not recommended for use on small children under the age of 12.
