Aromatherapy for Creativity

Aromatherapy for Creativity

Below I will give you a quick "How to" on  creating a custom blend of essential oils to add for your diffuser to spark inspiration.
Top Notes
Bergamot: a light citrusy scent for motivation
Eucalyptus: provides energy, focus and optimism.
Juniper: spicy/piney aroma for focus
Lemon: a fresh scent for seeing with new eyes
Middle Notes
Cardamom: spicy warm scent for uplifting comfort
Thyme: to give energy and a sense of purpose
Neroli: floral scent for being centered and open
Base:
Cedarwood: woodsy scent for comfort and a gentle boost
Clove: invigorating, energizing and cleansing.
Now select one of each a top, middle and base note and add one part top note, two parts middle note and one part base notes to either a diffuser or roller bottle. Most diffuser recommend 15+ drops per 1 once of water, if your filling a roller bottle I would recommend 10 drops in a 10ml size bottle topped with fractionated coconut oil. Not recommended for use on small children under the age of 12.
