1 oz bag makes approx. 16 8oz cups of tea. Includes a stainless-steel tea infuser.
Ingredients: Oat tops*, Linden Leaves*, Peppermint*, Lemon Balm*, and Chamomile Flowers*.
Directions: Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in an infuser and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of hot boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached, sweeten as desired.
